Ingredients Needed:
- 2-Jello 8.5 gram packets
- 1-tsp lecithin
- 2-tbs Knox unflavored gelatin
- ½ cup coconut cooking oil infused
- ½ cup water
Equipment Needed:
- Small/Medium sized saucepan
- Silicone whisk
- Candy molds
Step 1:
Mix:
- 2-Jello 8.5 gram packets
- 1-tsp lecithin
- 2-tbs Knox unflavored gelatin
Place in a small/medium saucepan and mix all powdered ingredients together.
Step 2:
Mix ½ cup coconut cooking oil infused into the dry ingredients, stir until it is all combined well. Should have a green sand consistency.
Step 3:
Add ½ cup water, use a silicone whisk to mix mix ingredients well and continue to mix.
Step 4:
Turn on stove and set to low to medium heat while continuing to stir mixture for about 5-7 minutes, you will notice the oil start to combine with the mix. If the mixture is too thick continue to add small amounts of water, it will have a syrup consistency at this point.
Step 5:
Pour gummy mixture into a squeeze bottle, using a glove or something to protect your hand from the hot mixture. Pour the mixture into gummy molds of your choice.
Step 6:
Let set in open air for 30 minutes before putting in the freezer for 5 hours. Remove from freezer and remove gummies from silicone molds, place on parchment paper for an hour then package and place in the refrigerator to store for best results.
